Rules / Terms of Agreements (*Property of Estraz’s Club)
1. GUILD MONEY AND PROPERTY
DONATIONS, MONEY CLAIMERS, PRIZES, AND REFUND POLICY
Estraz’s Guild Bank accept these forms of donations: 100 gold min and 50,000 gold Maximum at a time, during a trade. Donation are limited to green items as minimum, and pink items as maximum. Donations of common items is considered offensive and will not be accepted.
Estraz is money claimer: All money and prize donations directed to Estraz’s Club, can and will only be donated directly to the Pocket Legend’s player Estraz, unless if he himself tells you that he authorized another player to be a donation claimer. If you suspect a false or suspicious donation claimer, immediately contact Estraz.
Official Refund Policy: Donations of 39,999 gold or less are final after an official trade. Donations of 40,000 gold or more directed to Estraz’s Club and given to Estraz are final after 24 hours. Within the Twenty-four hour period you have the right to claim back 50% of your donation as long is it was more than 39,999 gold. You do not get a chance of refund if you donate 20,000 gold one day, then 20,000 gold the next. In order for the 24 hour refund to take effect you must donate 40,000 gold or more durning one trade.
All gold donations towards Estraz’s Club are stored in Estraz’s bank and are not under any means used for his pleasure. A donation conference with Estraz’s Club will be held sometime in the future to decide where donations will go, until then the donations will be stored safely and will not be used.
If your donation is in the hands of Estraz you agree to the following:
- I have full trust and faith of Estraz’s protection over all donations.
- I will never scam any members of the guild into giving me money.
- I will not ask for money from the donation pile.
Official Prize Policy: If you are an official member of Estraz’s Club and won an event hosted by Estraz, you were most likely promised a prize from Estraz himself.
You are guaranteed to get a prize immediately after winning, but rare cases... If Estraz owes you a prize you agree to the following:
- I am willing to wait two weeks before receiving my prize if Estraz is too busy.
- I am willing to wait four weeks before receiving my prize if Estraz’s iPod breaks.
- I won’t use inappropriate language, act mean toward any member of the guild, or leave the guild.
- I will not question Estraz too much if he needs time before giving my prize.
2. BEHAVIOR
UNLAWFUL ACTS, WARNINGS, AND PUNISHMENTS
These forms of behaviors will not be tolerated: Swearing, racist talk, sexual harassment, unlawful acts, scamming, posting or sending pictures not recommended to viewers of 17 or younger, reporting a player for false behavior, pretending to be the guild leader, and posting or sending links to advertise another guild within our guild's premisses.
I believe everyone has a second chance when breaking a minor rule. If you break a minor rule you will be sent a warning, breaking the same rule again will get your membership terminated. Breaking a major rule will get you banned immediately from my guild. If you get banned you have a chance to appeal your ban by sending me a convincing note on why I should let you back in. After I do accept your appeal... I Estraz will post a poll letting members vote if they want you back in or not. If a majority don't accept, you will forever be ignored.
If your getting reported for false acts or behavior you must contact the guild leader immediately. You have the right to call an investigation if someone is breaking the rules. The investigation can last up to one week, during the investigation all suspects will have their memberships paused until everything is worked out.
Sending unsafe files within the guild is a very serious matter. If the guild's staff suspects that you have committed this type of computer violence, your membership will be suspended for 3 months and your user name will be sent to Space Time Studios and your email provider.
If you have or have not broken the BEHAVIOR rules, you agree to the following:
- I promise to not swear directly to the guild's staff.
- I will not scam or commit sexual harassment of any kind, to anyone.
- I will never send an unsafe file to purposefully harm another one's computer.
3. AUTHORITY
POWER, ABILITIES, AND RANKS
The guild leader has the highest authority over guild members and can warn, kick, ban, reject, or rank members at anytime for any reason. It should be will known that these abilities will never be abused for unfair play unless it's a joke.
